You know the days when your inner demons come out to torment you. They love to twist your good thoughts and feelings into terrible ones. They can easily take your happy mood and twist it around so fast you can't help but feel inadequate. Everyone has demons. Everyone has those days when they just don't feel like they're good enough - even your wife.

But you know she's good enough.

You married her because she is more than good enough.

If your wife is feeling anything less than the incredible person you know her to be, tell her any one of these things and her spirits are sure to be lifted - even if she doesn't show it right away.

1. "You are a hard worker."

2. "You are a woman of integrity."

3. "I have total confidence in you."

4. "You are an amazing mother."

5. "I'm amazed by the woman you have become."

6. "You have the strength to move mountains."

7. "No one should ever underestimate you."

8. "You have an innate ability to succeed."

9. "Take it one day at a time."

10. "I value your opinion."

11. "You are unique and that makes you beautiful."

12. "You always teach me something new."

13. "You don't need to impress anyone."

14. "I love how determined you are."

15. "I know you can achieve anything you put your mind to."

16. "Our kids are so fortunate to have you as their mom."

17. "You are a talented woman."

18. "You are beautiful."

19. "My life is better because I have you with me."

20. "Your smile makes me happy."

21. "Don't ever doubt yourself."

22. "I'm a blessed man to have married you."

23. "I believe in you."

24. "You are worthy of goodness."

25. "You're right."

26. "You are important to me."

27. "I'm honored to be your husband."

28. "I trust you."

29. "You are good enough."

30. "I love you for who you are."

Don't ever stop believing in yourself. Don't ever stop believing in your wife. Together you can overcome life's greatest challenges. Be there to hold each other up when feelings of inadequacy start to creep in.
