  • It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. But this year, try to focus more on bringing light into others' lives. It doesn't have to be difficult or stressful - kind gestures don't need to be large to be appreciated by those around you.

  • Bonus: You'll feel all the warm fuzzies, too.

  • Here are some simple ideas to bring goodness to others this holiday season:

  • 2. Buy a candy bar for the cashier when paying at the grocery store.

  • 3. Send a note genuinely thanking someone for something they have done for you.

  • 4. Leave a thank-you gift in the mailbox for your mail carrier.
