  • Beauty routines at times can be cluttered motions performed at hyper-speed. Your eye shadow often times falls and cracks on the floor, your favorite lipstick breaks under the pressure and your liquid foundation is too far out of reach in the bottle.

  • Clumsy crashes and sped up routines can damage your favorite beauty products, but there is hope to salvage your favorite products and look amazing once again.

  • The hassle of beauty perfection can be beat by applying these 10 easy beauty tips that can make even the clumsiest of people look fresh and beautiful.

  • Mornings can get a little hectic at times and through the mayhem you have likely dropped your favorite eye shadow or the entire palette. Watching it drop you anticipate the shattered remnants of your once go-to shadow obliterate to something unusable. Think again!

  • Gather all of the broken pieces, as best as you can, and put them back in the eye shadow container. Then wrap the pan with a piece of plastic wrap to keep the remnants in place. Once the wrap is secure begin crushing the shards of shadow into a powdery consistency. Take off the plastic wrap. Next you will add a few drops of alcohol until all of the powder is completely immersed in liquid. Last but not least use your hands to form and shape the malleable shadow into the shape of the makeup container and let it dry.

  • Voila, your cracked eye shadow is as good as new!

  • Who isn't a fan of the sassy cat eye look? Its bold appearance is hard to miss, and even harder to have it look perfect. One eye often has a thicker wing or the angle is just slightly skewed. Avoid the wing disconnect by using a common household spoon. Begin the flat line of the cat eye like normal and then place the rounded side of the spoon against your eyelid to produce the proper angle and thickness you wish to achieve with your cat eye look.

  • I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have fallen in love with a certain type of mascara. The brush and consistency combine to produce a dynamic duo of makeup genius. Then... the brand decides to discontinue my go-to mascara.

  • Have no fear! My friend shared a brilliant tip- save your mascara brushes. If you love the way the brush hugs your lashes, and the quality of flare it produces, simply save the imperative tool. All mascara consists of fairly the same products but not all brushes are created equal. Save the brush and save your lashes.

  • Nothing breaks my heart more than seeing my favorite shade of lipstick cracked, broken and melted. Unfortunately, restoring lipstick to its impeccable bullet shape is nearly impossible, but you can restore it to provide your favorite pop of color back to your lips.

  • Spoon out the remnants of your lipstick, gather all of the lipstick you can and place them in a microwave safe bowl. Melt the product in the microwave for 10 seconds. Continue this process until it becomes a liquid. Beware of overheating your lip product. Pour the product into an empty Chapstick tube and let it cool. In a few hours you will have your favorite lipstick back.

  • 5. Concrete film on powder

  • Think about your favorite powder products (blush, eye shadow, powder, bronzer, and concealer), what happens when the once perfect makeup product produces a hard and what seems like an impenetrable film on the top of the product? You might be tempted to throw it away, but stop right there!

  • The film is likely produced from a buildup of oils from months of use and presence of unclean brushes. Use a piece of packing tape and press it against the surface, pull off the tape and the filthy film. Your powder product will look good as new.

  • 6. Consistently sharpen

  • Looking to keep your eyeliners and lip pencils sharper and cleaner? Sharpen them after each use. The constant shave will help you rid your products of the germs and bacteria that rest on the surface. Save your eyes and lips the trouble today!

  • Whenever it is possible, purchase your beauty products with pumps to help maintain the cosmetics' freshness. The product experiences less exposure to air than other products and maintains its original quality.

  • The moment you cannot gather any liquid makeup from your flexible tube, do not throw them away. Although it seems impossible to gather any more product, try cutting the bottle in half. The exposure will allow you to see the remaining product gathered on the walls and crevices of the bottle. Using a toothpick to gather the remnants and continue using your favorite liquid product.

Instead, using a spoon, drop a dollop of petroleum jelly and coat it with your favorite cracked eye shadow. Mix the two ingredients together until a lip-gloss consistency presents itself.
