You have one. Your neighbor has one. Probably any person you meet has one. A home wouldn’t be complete without a junk drawer. But that drawer full of random knick-knacks may start to overflow, and there are some things you can do to make your messy drawer a little less messy.
Ashley Williams, associate editor of Southern Living Magazine, recommends some simple steps to organizing your junk drawer. Vacuum out the crumbs, clear away the snapped pencils or the three-year-old gum, and add in some drawer organizers to clear away your stress and your mess. If you love your junk drawer, don’t worry! You can organize as much or as little as you’d like—it is your drawer, after all.
