“Passion: Salvation’s Tide is Rising” is the third most popular iTunes album right now, but it's actually an album that's been published for years.

  • One quick look at the iTunes top album chart and you'll see two names that shouldn't surprise you: Adele, with her album, "25" and Justin Bieber with his own record, "Purpose."

  • But take another look and you'll see that a Christian album — specifically "Passion: Salvation's Tide is Rising" — has climbed to the third spot.

  • The album is a mix of pre-recorded songs from some of Christian music's biggest stars like Crowder, Matt Redman and Kristian Stanfill, who performed at the "Passion 2016" conference, an annual event for young people to pray and learn about faith, The Blaze reported.

  • The conference is mostly for young adults and college students, with the bulk of this year's attendees — who traveled to Atlanta and Houston from Jan. 2 to 4 — aged 18 to 25 years old, The Blaze reported.

  • The event, put on by Louie Giglio, a pastor at the Passion City Church in Atlanta, also has its philanthropic connections, having raised about $1 million "to help fund a hospital and meet medical needs in Syria," The Blaze reported. Some of the items purchased include warm socks and towels.

  • But this isn't the first album from the Passion conference to be so popular. In fact, the conference releases an annual album of the live performances from the event, often rising on the charts. For example, the 2015 album, "Passion: Even So Come" reached the No. 7 spot on the Worship Leader's Top 20 Albums of 2015 list.

  • The conference has been producing albums since its inception in 1997. Here's a look at some of their more popular and exciting jams since 2010.

  • "Even So Come" (featuring Chris Tomlin) from "Passion: Even So Come" (2015)

  • "My Heart Is Yours" (featuring Kristian Stanfill) from "Passion: Take it All" (2014)

  • "Revelation Song" by Jennie Lee Riddle from "Passion: Let the Future Begin" (2013)

  • "Sometimes" by David Crowder Band from "Passion: Here for You" (2011)

  • "How He Loves" by John Mark McMillan from "Passion: Awakening" (2010)

  • "Like a Lion" by Daniel Bashta from "Passion: Awakening" (2010)

  • "You Found Me" by Kristian Stanfill from "Passion: Even So Come" (2015)

  • "The Cross of Christ" by Cash, Ingram, Reuben Morgan, Tomlin from "Passion: Even So Come" (2015)

  • "Remember" (featuring Brett Younker & Melodie Malone) from "Passion: Salvation's Tide is Rising" (2016)

  • "Surrender" (featuring Jimi Cravity) from "Passion: Salvation's Tide is Rising" (2016)
