These dippers are easy to make, and they taste amazing.
1 package bacon
1 box pancake mix
Syrup (for dipping)
Cook the bacon in the oven according to package directions.
Prepare the pancake batter according to package directions.
Pour the pancake batter into a gallon sized ziplock back. Cut a small hole on one of the corners of the bag, so that you can squeeze the batter out.
Heat up your griddle.
Create an oval shaped pancake on the griddle. Place a cooked piece of bacon on the center, then top with more pancake batter.
Cook each dipper until golden brown.
Eat with maple syrup.
To make sure your dippers aren't greasy, I suggest cooking the bacon in the oven until it is crispy.
When you combine the pancakes and the bacon, be careful not to use too much batter (it comes out quickly). You're going to want to make them look like this on the griddle:
Muffin Pancake Bites
Prep a week's worth of breakfasts in one day by making these yummy pancake bites. You can save your leftovers in the fridge and eat them whenever you feel like a snack.
When you are pouring the batter into the muffin tin, make sure not to fill them too full, or they will overflow when baking. I chose to use a mini muffin tin, but you can make them full-sized as well. (They will need to cook longer.)
