Nathan Gwilliam is the General Manager over the Family Initiative team and the director over social strategy and strategic verticals at Deseret Digital Media (DDM). He created Adoption.com, the #1 adoption site and world’s most-used adoption service. In his first consulting project, Nathan developed the initial strategy for Law.com, which sold for $20 million within 2 years.
At FamilyLink, Nathan increased revenueby $5 million in first year. He created and implemented social media strategy for Azul, a new Brazilian airline. In one year,Nathan grew their social media followers from 5,000 to 1,600,000, and created a leading Brazilian travel social network. Azul became the fastest-growing airline in history. Nathan created Ofertas.com.br(a group-buying site like Groupon) in Brazil, which announced 2.5 million subscribers within 6 months of launch.
At DDM, Nathan grew social followers from less than 100,000 to more than 28 million in 13 months. Nathan won the BYU and USWest business plan competitions, the "Best of the Decade" award from BYU Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology, and the "Adoption Hall of Fame" award from Families Supporting Adoption.
Community Manager/Project Manager
Natalie is responsible for the over-all project of FamilyShare, which includes four separate sites, in Portuguese, Spanish, and Indonesian. As the Community Manager for FamilyShare, Natalie is responsible for making sure that a positive community atmosphere is maintained.
Natalie received her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Brigham Young University–Idaho. She is married to Mo, and together they have two beautiful little girls.Natalie loves to read in her spare time, and loves the opportunities for learning that day-to-day life offers. She believes in the value of family and the importance of maintaining good relationships.
Katelyn Ericson is the Content Manager and directs a talented team of 450+ writers, editors, publishers and graphic designers. She also oversees the content for Familia.com.br, Familias.com, and Keluarga.com.
Katelyn received a master’s degree in business administration from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University, where she did a variety of consulting projects and was dubbed as the “Social Media Queen”. She also received a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in marriage and family studies from Brigham Young University–Idaho.
She loves adventures, discovery, and learning. Her family, faith, and friends are the most important things in her life.
Jared is the Marketing Coordinator for FamilyShare.com, Familia.com.br, Keluarga.com and Familias.com.
Prior to joining FamilyShare.com, Jared worked in sales and marketing for Deseret Book.He has also worked for Brookhollow and provides social media consulting for Apple Orthodontix. Jared received a degree in communication from Brigham Young University–Idaho, where he coordinated the planning and marketing of business conferences, new student orientation and performance tours for a handful of the university's performing groups.
When he's not doing marketing, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, and their son.
Rupesh Kamble heads the FamilyShare.com and Familia.com.br development team. With more than7 years of programming experience, he is the lead developer for these sites and plays a pivotal role in their overall execution and function. As the sites make progress each day, his support toward ensuring the sites work without any hiccup has been really useful.
Rupesh has a master’s degree in computer science and has enjoyed working on complex programming architectures and web applications. He has been married for the past 4 years, and while he is not programming, he enjoys taking photographs of his son or exploring natural trails around the city of Pune.
Social Curation Manager
Lisa Handy is the Curator Manager, a role that enables her to work with and support social media curators around the world.Her curator experience includes managing multiple Facebook pages and Pinterest boards, as well as coordinating the social media team.
While social media-savvy, Lisa’s real passion is her family, husband and three daughters.She has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and prior professional experience in management and training.
Lisa enjoys running, and has recently discovered cycling (which she hopes to do more of with her husband).
Jim Harker has been designing interactive experiences on the web for 10 years. As the graphic designer for FamilyShare, he is responsible for consulting on its aesthetic feel and brand management. With a strong background in both marketing and user experience, Jim has been instrumental in designing interactions for OK.com and KSL's marketplace products.
Having been married for 13 years, Jim has made his relationship with his wife his top priority. He is the devoted father of 2 young children.
Jim earned his fine art degree at Brigham Young University, and also graduated at the top of his class from the Defense Language Institute.
