Oh yum, I LOVE sushi. One chain that might be in your area is Piranha Sushi. They are my second favorite. But I would really recommend asking people where you live for something local. Sushi lovers will know where the best places are, just be prepared to drop a lot of money, good sushi is expensive. (But totally worth it!)
Jarith, I am assuming you are asking how the raw fish is safe? They put citrus on the fish which chemically 'cooks' the fish and gets rid of a lot of the bacteria. As far as being in a buffet style place, there's no guarantee there. We just hope they take all the necessary precautions, right?
Jarith, there is a great little place in Centerville, UT. Very unassuming but great food. It is small and not much to look at, but very nice service and again, good sushi. We try lots of places and it is still out favorite. It is called Fuji Sushi. It is by the Target and Joann's and those places off the Centerville exit. Check it out.
I like Nori rolls without the fish. I make some with jicama instead of rice as well that are delicious. I have been trying out new Raw Food Restaurants around and am finding more places serving more natural foods and they come up with some great dishes.
I havent been to a really nice sushi restaurant ( just an all you can eat buffet style place) and so I wanted to ask where I should go to get the right first impressions. And I was also wondering how it is even safe?
