Would anyone be interested in having a daily exercise check-in group, where we share what we did for exercise that day?  I think it would help to be held accountable for our goals.  What do you think?

No joke, pushing a stroller is a good workout!  I did p90x ab ripper today!

I wasn't able to work out today but I plan to go to the zoo tomorrow!  I always break a sweat pushing a stroller around with my two kids.

I was so frustrated this morning, because I got up early to do my Biggest Loser video, and my DVD player is no longer working ... AHHH!  I didn't have time to do my bigger workouts so I just did p90x ab ripper, but I am going to see if my hubby can get the DVD player working when he gets home and then I will do Biggest Loser!

Way to go Sunshinemommy!  Taking the time for yourself, to go to the gym is great!

Feeling so much better!  I actually went and worked out at the gym today and it felt great!  Alyssa you are SO good.  You've really made  working out as part of your lifestyle instead of something you just do here and there.  I want to be like you!

Sunshinemommy, I am sorry that you have been feeling sick!  I hope you feel like yourself soon!  Today I did p90x plyometrics!

I was sick yesterday and today so I haven't worked out at all.  I have a hard time motivating myself as it is I really hope this doesn't make it even harder for me to get back on track.

I have heard of that trudimat, and I need to give it a try!  Today I did p90x plyometrics and went on a 3 mile walk!

This is a great idea.  Have you heard of myfitnesspal? You can do it on the computer or by app on your smartphone.  I love it because it is great for checking in. You can record your food/calories for each meal and also your daily exercise. It has helped me reach some weight loss goals, and keeps me motivated.  You can also have friends on there to help with motivation and accountability too! I would highly recommend it.

Walks most definitely count, especially that long and pushing strollers!  Yesterday I did a biggest loser workout and p90x ab ripper and went on a walk with my kiddos.

yeahI yeah, I know I have been slacking.  But since the last time I posted I have gone on several walks.  Most of them being 2-3 miles each.  So that has to count for something, right?  Good job Alyssa!  You inspire me to exercise every day!

Alyssa, that is so great that you guys are done being sick.  Hopefully it lasts for quite a while.  

I wasn't able to workout today but I was up super early with my kids and ran around with them all day so I feel pretty tired.  Probably not a good calorie burn but that's alright.  I'll try to pick it up again tomorrow.

Way to go Sunshinemommy, I have heard those Jillian Michaels workouts are really hard core!

I did p90x core synergistics this morning.  Man, it feels so nice to get back into our normal routine with such a long span of sicknesses.

Yesterday and today I did a Jillian Michaels workout!  For the first time in a while my workout today gave me more energy throughout the day instead of sucking it away.  I'm trying really hard to focus on why I'm working out because my motivation has been lacking.  I'm doing lots better with water than I ever have been.  It may have helped that I had a sore throat because it was almost always constantly dry so I was always drinking water.  

Glad you are fleeing better Alyssa!

So, I finally worked out yesterday!  I did p90x plyometrics.  Today I did p90x ab ripper!  How is everyone else doing?

I am still unable to get a good workout in.  The doctor said 7-10 days until I feel significantly better and I am on the 8th day, so I am hoping to really dig in to working out again next week!
